3. What is the largest group of people you have ever spoken in front of, and what was the focus of your talk/speech? Possibly my entire church when I spoke about the youth ministry priest who was leaving. Otherwise probably when I was performing in a school play/musical.
4. Did you ever skip school? If you did, what was your most memorable skipping-school experience? Haha no...I was such a goodie two shoes. I don't even know if I "cut" on senior cut day which really most mom's just wrote a note to get you out of it! The first time I was sick in college I called my mom and asked if I could skip class!!! But I got over that FAST!

1. Hmm. Along the same lines of PP, I was at a garage sale and they had a Coach bag for sale that the lady was like "oh I am just clearing everything out". It was like a $300 coach bag, and she sold it for two dollars. Again, I don't think she had any idea of the value.
2. I would probably go with Macy's because I have had a lot of luck there lately. I could just walk around and try on clothes, and it would be fantastic.
3. I was in FBLA in high school and was a NY State Officer. I had to update the entire NY State FBLA group (2,000 people maybe?) about the status of my Committee. Great times.
4. NO. I didn't even skip on senior skip day. Pathetic, I know. We did go in late on Fridays so that we could go to IHOP first, that was a nice tradition senior year.
5. Nothing too exciting, shopping for soft foods for my wisdom teeth next week. DH is working all weekend so I might organize our closets and get some of my fall clothes/sweaters out.
2. If you could receive the equivalent of your entire paycheck in the form of a gift card, which retail store or restaurant's gift card would you choose? Nordstroms, that's my special treat place. I could probably blow that much in the shoe department alone.
3. What is the largest group of people you have ever spoken in front of, and what was the focus of your talk/speech? I have done a few 100 person+ presentations/speeches, the most memorable being my elementary school graduation speech to around 200 people (at age 10!) and when I presented at a conference a few years ago to a few hundred people.
4. Did you ever skip school? If you did, what was your most memorable skipping-school experience? I skipped Hebrew School a few times as a kid (I went for 2 hours after school, 3 days a week - yuck). I know I skipped college classes sometimes if I was hungover or exhausted.
5. Plans for the weekend? Nothing, really, which is fantastic since the last few weeks have been crazy!
TTC #1 since 4/10, Dx: MFI IVF planned for April/May
1. What was your all time greatest "finders keepers" moment?
While in Dallas on business a few summers ago, I stopped into the flagship NM store during their "last call" sale and found a pair of amazing Manolo's on the sale rack, for $210 (the original price was $995)...I was so happy that they fit - and I told the saleman to wrap them up! So, he came back a minute or two later with the news that they were mis-labeled, and that they were supposed to be marked at $440! But, since they honored their price tags, I got those babies for a song at $210 :-) They are still a pair of my favs, and periodically I will go into my closet to just look at them...haha!!
2. If you could receive the equivalent of your entire paycheck in the form of a gift card, which retail store or restaurant's gift card would you choose?
I'd split - Tiffany's (one just opened at one of our MD local malls) & NM - and I would shop in August!
3. What is the largest group of people you have ever spoken in front of, and what was the focus of your talk/speech?
Probably about 7,000, and it was a Church conference...I participating in some drama skits aimed at demonstrating various ways to live a wholesome life!
4. Did you ever skip school? If you did, what was your most memorable skipping-school experience?
Nah...never! I was too much of an egg head, and secretly I knew my folks would have killed me!
5. Plans for the weekend?
It's my birthday this weekend!!! Woo Hoo!!! My Mom and I are going to hang out and celebrate some tomorrow, and Hubby has to work N/S this weekend, so hopefully we can steal a few minutes...But I plan to spend my actual birthday (Sunday) holed up with my big screen TV, my awesome chili, and the NFL Sunday Ticket - Yeah, Baby :-)
1. What was your all time greatest "finders keepers" moment?
When I went to see Wicked play in San Diego, we were in the back row, but noticed that no one was sitting 4th row center, so my friend and I bolted down there at intermission and got to see the second act 4th row center!!!
2. If you could receive the equivalent of your entire paycheck in the form of a gift card, which retail store or restaurant's gift card would you choose?
Amazon.com (I like choices) :P
3. What is the largest group of people you have ever spoken in front of, and what was the focus of your talk/speech?
upwards of 5,000 for my valedictorian speech at my College graduation, I used the scottish kilt (we were the Fighting Scots) as a metaphor for the education we came to find in our Liberal arts school (talk about corny, but people said they liked it!)

(if you count grad school) ditching school on a Thursday to drive up to Hollywood and stand in line for free SYTYCD tickets with one of my girlfriends!

1. What was your all time greatest "finders keepers" moment? Probably in 1988 when my sister's annoying [at the time] friend (god rest her soul now, she was murdered 4 years ago by a psycho ex) found $10 on the ground at the state fair. She never picked it up, just kept looking at it - so I did. And yep, I kept it.
2. If you could receive the equivalent of your entire paycheck in the form of a gift card, which retail store or restaurant's gift card would you choose? Either Amazon.com because I'm on this kick right now where I'm replacing all the Lifetime movies I taped on VHS with DVDs, or the Limited because that's my all time favorite clothing store.
3. What is the largest group of people you have ever spoken in front of, and what was the focus of your talk/speech? Probably my bridal shower. Luckily it was all loved ones. Not counting them it was one of the many times I had to give a speech in school.
4. Did you ever skip school? If you did, what was your most memorable skipping-school experience? Not counting senior "study" day (otherwise named senior skip day) where we went to Cedar Point? LOL Probably in 8th grade - I was in band and we played the music for the school play that took place during the day. After it was over I didn't want to go to English class because I always got picked on by the popular kids and I thought that was a "way out." Well someone ratted me out - because Mr. G came pounding on the bathroom door looking for me. It was memorable alright!
5. Plans for the weekend. dinner tonight for mom's birthday. Mike running a race tomorrow. Sunday is all football!!!
2. If you could receive the equivalent of your entire paycheck in the form of a gift card, which retail store or restaurant's gift card would you choose? Retail store- Old Navy!!
3. What is the largest group of people you have ever spoken in front of, and what was the focus of your talk/speech? Probably a 25-30 person class at school but I did a bunch of those.
4. Did you ever skip school? If you did, what was your most memorable skipping-school experience? Not until college when it was acceptable . . . it would be going to take DH to a Flyers game for his Valentine's Day present. And my mom called me in the middle of it b/c I forgot to move my laundry over to the dryer and she wanted to know if I wanted her to do it (since I typically took care of it but she didn't want to invade my laundry). We were very private and I didn't really want my mom seeing my underwear and thinking I was "active" based on my underwear choice. (B/c I was, with DH) I know it's weird.
5. Plans for the weekend? Hanging out with bff tonight, Sat/Sun doing some laundry, watching the Phillies and maybe vacuuming/ cleaning.
