Thank You Exchange Buddy AKA Kimberly!!!
How funny that my exchange buddy was one of my best friends, Kimberly!!!
Kimberly is from Minnesota and she sent: Minnesota wild rice (with a few recipes), chocolate and peanut clusters from a famous candy maker AND a book for Baby L., "Goodnight Minnesota". (Think "Goodnight Moon", but, use local MN things to say "goodnight" too.) We have the "Goodnight Chicago" book and I'm thrilled to have a companion to read to Baby.
I know you're out of town right now, but, thank you SO MUCH!!!

I'm thrilled to see someone else on here who lives in Iowa!! I live in Ankeny
Did you grow up there? I know someone from there. I grew up in Davenport, but now live in MN and also may or may not have sent MN wild rice to my exchange buddy
I don't know where Ankeny is, but, I like having someone else from IA on board as well!

Our Wedding Day 8/7/10
I lived in (or just outside of) Ames growing up, and we just moved to Ankeny (20 miles away) last summer. That's cool that you're from IA too!
Ankeny is just north of Des Moines
We should do a get-together sometime, though the next 2 months are too busy/stressful for me to think about that right now.
