Re: What color to paint?

  • I think yellow or green would look great with pink and still be good for one boy, one girl or two girls. You could also just add accents instead of repainting (bedding, etc)

  • Didn't see you were definitely having a boy. Congrats! I still think yellow/green would look great.

  • Pink and brown look good together.  Can you somehow paint half the room (maybe two walls) brown for the boy and keep pink for the girl?

  • You could do different colors of blues.  Like lighter blues for the girl side and darker blues/teals for the boy?

  • why not keep some of the pink but put some brown stipes in it on your daughters side and on your sons side do blue and brown stripes!!! that will look cute... maybe ask on the multiples board too for what they did when they found out they were having a girl and boy situation

  • Green! Our daughter's room is green and it could def. work for a boy as well.

  • I think a really soft gray would work great. That way you can pick two other colors to have as accents in the room but the walls can still be gender neutral.

grey is a very popular color right now, even in nurseries and kids rooms. it is a great neutral, will work with the pink you already have, but will also go great w/any boy tones you chose to mix in, too!

    congratulations, btw!!
