Bridal Shower Ideas Update

I made a cupcake tower for the bridal shower I'm co-hosting next weekend. I used the tutorial from Annie's Eats and think it came out pretty well. The ribbon colors match the colors on the invite.

I promise the chili peppers are much more red, the proof that the invite shop scanned came out really pink for some reason.

I'm not really sure what else, at least decor wise. I don't want to over do it. The bride's aunt is the co-host and we're having the shower at her home. I know that she's purchased some oversize margarita glasses to do flower arrangements in and a pinata to hang up. I'm not exactly thrilled about the pinata, but she's bankrolling this so I'm willing to let her go with it for the most part. I put a stop to the salsa instructor coming, but only because I know the bride would be mortified. Dessert-wise I'm planning on doing Hawki's margarita cupcakes and dulce de leche cheesecake bars. The bride's only request was for sangria so we're doing that too.
