another rec? in-ear headphones

aka earbuds.

My Apple ones are not cutting it.  For one thing, the ones I'm currently using fell into my tea over a year ago so the right one isn't back at 100%.  Plus, I feel like there's as much sound going out of my ears as going in... if that makes sense.  My cube neighbor can hear them if they're turned up even the slightest bit.

Must be comfortable, under $30, good sound (bonus if it blocks out/cancels outside noise).  Bonus if it comes with an extension cord since the distance from my work desktop tower port to my ears is on the long side and it's affecting my posture.
