Am I alone in watching tonight?
Also if anyone is watching what is up with all the dang scary a$$ movie promos during it, I have a love-hate relationship with Halloween time.
Re: Bachelor Pad
I stopped watching it on like week 2 because I couldn't get into it.
I'm with you on Halloween. I love seeing kids dressed up all cute and I love the fact that it truly means fall is here, but I hate masks and I am petrified of the dark...
At least I am not alone. LOL
That devil one is freaking me out.
Seriously!! I am glad I have never seen it when dh is out.
I bet that was bad!!
When I was younger (like high school aged), I loved horror movies. I can't do them now. At all. I get scared.
The worst was The Exorcist. I saw that back in 1997 and it still bothers me. I sleep with a light on in the bedroom when I am home alone and sometimes when DH is sleeping on the couch and I'm upstairs alone. I don't do well in the dark, especially if I feel creeped out.
I am terrified of the dark. When I say terrified I mean that it literally scares me and I begin to panic. When I say panic, I mean I literally get short of breath and frantic.
I have no legitimate reason to be so afraid but I am. The movie "It" got me when I was younger and also "Tales from the Cript". I still remember that creepy little skeleton narrator.
I'm 'ascared' of the dark too, but figured I am just weird since I also freak out when a toilet flushes loudly (like I panic to get out of bathroom stalls) nice to know I am not alone with this either. Shelly I have no idea how I would handle what you had to do, I suppose lots of sleepovers and benadryl.
Exorcism of Emily Rose is right up there also, I drove home from the movies with my dome light on.
I just slept with the light and TV on. I also have my stuffed bear that sits on my pillow that I snuggle if I can't sleep and my cat that sleeps right next to me so I would watch his reactions every time I got the being watched sensation.
The commercials for Emily Rose freaked me out. There was one of the Grudge movies that the preview freaked me out. It was the little boy that meowed like a cat. I can see and hear it plain as day and how old is that now?
