removing Aquaphor stains

We have to use Aquaphor on our son's eczema spots, however when we hold him, it stains our clothes (the spots look wet/oily).

Is there a way to remove these stains?  I've tried using a bit of dishsoap, but it didn't seem to work.  We have a front-loading HE washer and usually use cold-water tide and Shout stain remover spray.

Thanks.
