Can anyone recommend a good temp agency for finding a job? We have been looking/interviewing for months with no luck-there's not much out there. If anyone could give me any insight on how these work, I would greatly appreciate it.

It sounds silly, but I honestly googled temp agencies near whatever zip code and that's how I found some. I know there are quite a few in the area and that worked best for me.
I did interview through a temp agency (but it was years ago) but basically what I did was do a face to face "interview" w/ them. They ask a ton of questions and then put your resume and qualifications out to companies they work with. If those places are interested, they let the temp agent know, and the temp agent will call you w/ an offer/info.
