As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Why I can't stand the knot/nest/bump
Because they put so much CRAP on the page, it takes FOREVER to load, and I always type a reply, before it completely loads (because I don't have all day) then it brings be back a page, or posts my reply empty. I CANT STAND IT!!!!!
Am I the only one with this problem? Anyone have a link without the junk? I know there used to be a link on the knot to not see knot tv.

Knot TV? Mine is slow some days, but no more than the usual ads on the right. Board names on the left. Seems pretty simple, all I ever use is the boards--none of the extraneous junk.

Why on earth would I want to randomly "connect with these online Nesties"?

The logistics of using it, yes. But the friends I've made I wouldn't give up for any amount of website headache.
