Favorite ground turkey recipes?
I'm trying to use more ground turkey in our meals, and only have turkey spaghetti sauce and turkey burgers. What are your favorite ground turkey recipes?

I made this last night and it was very yummy. DH said it was probably his new favorite. But I substitute ground turkey for pretty much anything I used to use ground beef for and I actually like it better. You can taste the flavors of the food more with ground turkey.
We used it last night for the meat mixture for taco salads. We used 1 pound ground turkey, 1 can rotel tomatoes, 1 can black beans, cumin, chili powder and taco seasoning (not a whole packet, just a few dashes).
We put this on lettuce with tomatoes, cheese/sour cream, with some crumbled tortilla chips. It was very easy, quick and yummy!

I did make asian lettuce wraps with ground turkey recently and they were awesome!
turkey recipes
We are weaning ourselves from being vegetarians and have just recently introduced turkey/chicken back into our lives. Almost all recipes that call for beef can have turkey substituted in. Lately we've been making turkey taco's, turkey chili, enchiladas, stuffed shells, baked ziti, and turkey meatloaf. All of those recipes are from the above site haha I'm slightly addicted to that site! Good Luck!
