A house in my neighborhood
My next door neighbors are selling their house. My house is nearly 100sq ft larger, and is in better shape and more updated than theirs. Same number of beds/baths.
They're listing it for $35k more than what I paid for my house. It will be verrrry interesting to see what they end up getting for it.

Martini, they're selling through a realtor, so I'm surprised they came up with that number. Granted, there are a few houses in about a 5 mile radius that may have sold close to that number, but they were about 300-500 sq feet larger.
