Re: Pet adoption event at Como Zoo Sat. 9-18!
This exactly. I'm dying right now.
LOL! Two dogs is crazy and if you already have two dogs and are thinking about three you are out of your mind! J/K, but not really : )
Our two dogs are fun, but lots of work. At the same time I don't regret getting a second dog. No way in hell that we will get three though!
But...don't you want two dogs to go with your two babies?!?! haha
we only have one. but 2 cats and a fish too. And a 2 year old. In a townhome. Although I really want a pug...
Our rule is "one dog per human". I just thought I'd post it for anyone who had been thinking about adding a furry friend!
I love having our two boys. It's more money, more poop, and more time to plan where they go if we're going out of town but it's that much more love and laughs at our house!!!
I think non animal people are really missin' out!
That's a good rule of thumb...but for technical purposes I am not counting baby I as a human...he's exempt because we already have one for each
.
And I agree with the last statement, I don't know that I'd ever laugh as hard as I do, or love as much as I do if it weren't for those four leggers that bring me joy everyday...even when they're waking me up at 6am to eat on a Saturday!
Amen!
We've been looking to add another dog or 2 to our household, but we can't go to the event this weekend since we're traveling to CA for a family wedding. Plus, I'd really like to adopt one from the shelter I volunteer at. I'm just waiting for the right pooch to come in needing a home ...
Mr. Sammy Dog
I should amend that to say "one dog per adult"
Since we are "big dog people" 2 is pleeeeenty for us. If we had Yorkies or something else that is tiny then maybe we would do more but I personally like my doggies over 50 pounds
