August 2010 Weddings
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
What do the points mean under your post count?
Also, is there a button on the nest where it will email you when there is a new comment on your post?
Thanks for the help.

Re: The nest points
Do the creep.
LOL Lex. I wish. I think it's literally just a 'Haha, look how much time I spend Nesting!!' type of points. Like a popularity contest. All our usernames have 'Newbie' written under them, but I think after so many posts, you get bronze, then silver, gold, then platinum. And after that? Those little boxes under your username start filling in. I've seen some women with over 30,000 posts.
Look who's got a lot of time on their hands....
Do the creep.
I had to change my username on TK a few times (first because my SN was my real name, and second because the characters in my new SN weren't getting along well with the new Knot format). So I went through several periods of time where it looked like I was a newbie, even though I've been Knotting for well over a year and a half now! Sad stuff
~For Sale!~
This is how I do...
I was wondering the same about the points!
