Gossip Girl! Anyone else excited?

It's the first Fall show to come back on!  Yay!  And DH has back-to-school night tonight so I get to watch it by myself w/o any audible eye-rolling!

XOXO =)

Re: Gossip Girl! Anyone else excited?

  • I rarely catch Gossip Girl (or anything else on TV), but when I do happen to come across it I always stop.  Even though I have no clue what's going on story-wise, it's such a delicious guilty pleasure.

    And I totally hear you on the audible eye-rolling.  Do husbands not realize that if they're just going to be snickering and snorting, then they might as well not sit next to you to watch your shows?  I've started making fun of DH's political punditry whenever I have the opportunity in retaliation.

  • LOL, thanks for humoring me.  I guess I was the only one excited. :)  DH came home in the middle of it and had to leave the room.  The writing is atrocious, yes, but I love the sordid story lines and the fashion!

  • I just finally got the chance to watch. I'm a little confused, for some reason I don't remember much of the last episode. I do remember Chuck's mugging- it's not looking good for him!

    Man, Blair is such a queen B! But was anyone else irritated with Serena's leotard/shorts outfit on the date, or am I just terribly unfashionable?

  • Yeah, I didn't really remember what happened at the end of last season, even the whole Chuck/Jenny thing.  I actually liked Serena's outfit on the date... Blair's was way too formal, but I think that's what they were going for with her.
