I did it!! (pip)
So my sewing maching was kicking my as$. I went to Joann Fabrics last night and found out I was skipping a whole step in threading. (duh! I'm smert..i knows....)
So after we got that all figured out I went home and started playing. I had cut out squares before for a "practice quilt" I had bought a kit for. It went soooo smoothly and so easily! Sky LOVES it and wants me to make her a bigger one! (in purple and black of course) It wasn't too bad for the first quilt. It was my practice one anyway. So I'm pretty proud of how it looks for the first time sewing in 20 years!

Adamswife...I see your daughter is 10 months and 1 day old as well! We have the same birthdays for our girls!
