Furniture Shopping!
Is what I'll be doing today! Cody and I went over the weekend and found what we liked but one thing that makes us different is that Cody has to "think about things" FOREVER before he buys and I'm more of the "bag it up! We're taking it home!" kind of girl. So now that he has more than ample time to pontificate about the matter he finally gave me the green light to go back and buy it all. In case you don't know.....for the past 4 months we have had 2 lamps and a coffee table and a tv in our living room. Our goal was to have something by football season and we finally got into an actual furniture store for the first time on Sunday. Its been driving me nuts! I want to invite people over to our new house so bad but I don't dare not have a place for them to sit when they come over. this is all about to change! Woohoo~

We're getting our sofa delivered today! We ordered it in Jul. The sofa's coming over a week earlier than they anticipated! It's sucked because we just have dining chairs and they're not comfortable for long, long periods of time.
I'm probably heading to Ikea this afternoon too. I might get a rug (our apt is all 'hardwood') and we need some things for DH's office.
I think we are the same couple. We went and looked at the washer and dryer we were going to buy about 5 times (over a course of several months) before we bought it. I'm like, nothing's changed...still the same thing...can we buy it now??

Oh, I know. Over Memorial Day weekend, we were looking at treadmills and I really wanted to buy one that was exactly what we needed and about $300 off-- sale ending the next day. Matt said "Maybe we need to go home and do some research-- you know, find out some stuff about what ones with these kind of specs usually cost, and stuff." I just stared at him blankly and asked him what he thought I'd been doing for the last four months, sending him all of those links to treadmills and treadmill information. We ended up with the treadmill and he loves it...
