Can anybody navigate the city's website???
I'm having a heck of a time trying to find actual INFORMATION on there. I just want to know the rates for garbage bins, to see if switching from Waste Management is worth the time and effort. I keep getting redirected to their main page (useless) no matter how many different departments and "online tools" I click on. Tools indeed...
Anyone have better luck, or more info? We currently use a 64-gal bin from WM and pay $70ish every three months.

You can also purchase a yard waste cart if you need it, for a one-time fee:

But then you to purchase a yellow tag each time you put it out for $5.25. I wonder how it compares to bags, like is a cart the size or three bags or four bags.
We actually have a yard-waste bin--our previous owners had one. We don't mind the tag fee since it gets full so rarely and we don't have a million heavy half-full bags hanging around the yard/garage.
