Well that was quick!
So f/o to to my post below asking for vibes...I got the job!!! they called around 5 and offered it to me! I'm so excited but there's a very funny story to go with it.
Right after I got off the phone my VP called a meeting with myself and my manager. She started saying really negative things about me, how I use my PTO, my honeymoon in Oct. etc and what we are going to do about it all. Then I was like "well, I was going to wait until tomorrow to turn in a formal resignation but I'm putting my notice in." Then long story short she told me that I she was just going to have me be done tonight. This was the VP talking and my manager just sat there and didn't say anything as she knew that I was looking elsewhere for jobs and I was unhappy (she completely understood as she is too)
I'm happy that I don't have to go back there tomorrow, or ever again, but I was just shocked by that. The VP said it will be on my record that I did a formal resignation with a 2 weeks notice but was mutually agreed upon to be done that same day. I can start the new job whenever I want so I will be calling her tomorrow and starting next week.

So annoying how the VP handled the situation (a similar thing happened to me once too) but so exciting that you're able to start with your new company sooner. I'm really jealous that you're starting a new job that you WANT to be doing.
