Post your favorite mac & cheese recipe!
DH & I participate in my agency's football pool every week. Whoever wins between the 2 of us has to cook the other person whatever meal they want one day/night. I won this week (woo hoo!) so I chose homemade mac & cheese. I never make it b/c DH won't eat it. What is your go to recipe?

Re: Post your favorite mac & cheese recipe!
LOL, my go-to recipe is the Kraft blue box or Amy's organic frozen for a single serving.
I've made this one before, from Paula Deen: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/creamy-macaroni-and-cheese-recipe/index.html
only I leave out the eggs and just make it on the stove.
Clomid + Met = BFP#1 12/27/10, missed MC discovered 2/9/11, d&c 2/11/11, 10w3d

Kraft but the Deluxe box- oh la la! lol or the new oven one (it's in a bag and pretty good)
and you can always add some ground beef or ground turkey!
I've made the same one. I agree about leaving out the eggs or at least cutting it down form 3 eggs to 1 egg.
