I adored my flowers from Heather at Stylish Stems.
I don't know about her pricing now, but Shannon Wright was affordable for my wedding.
I ditto Mike Moon. He did our wedding and was really great, and very affordable.
Flowers: MIL did them. Ordered from Sam's and Reeve's.
Photographer: Zoom-works, Marisu (Mary Sue), the owner was who we requested. They are willing to work with budgets.
I've also heard good things about Julie Coffin with Unique Floral Expressions.
