Re: Fabulous Prop 8 ad
I'm sooooo impressed with the ads put out by the Prop 8 people. LOved it. They make me want to cry with these things!
I agree. The ads have been so well done, tasteful, and powerful. I've never seen such moving political ads. I love them. Lets just hope they work.
My husband's very pessimistic view on the whole thing is that people have to know a loving gay couple to care. The ads and phone banks and whatever else aren't going to help. If 50%+1 of the state knows a gay couple in a loving relationship, the results will be good. Otherwise, the ban will pass.

ESF, I agree with your hubz, sadly. I have met way too many people who condemn "The Gays" and aren't even aware that they know any.
