Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just finished a one hour spinning class for my lunch break. my legs are pretty much numb, so I'm not sure if they're on fire yet. I'm scared to go to sleep and see how sore I am tomorrow. I'm supposed to be doing day 3 of week 1 of c25k tomorrow. Oy.

  • Any recommendations for a super tight, fantastic sports bra? The girls are definitely feeling the brunt of these workouts lately, and it's causing my back to hurt as well.

  • I have yet to invest in a good sports bra, but the recommendations that are generally given on H&F for people with larger chests are the Moving Comfort Fiona one, and stuff by Enell, I think? 

    A lot of people like the Moving Comfort one.

  • Great job!  I've only ever done one spin class since I was worried about being too sore to run the next day and I surprisingly had no problems.  Just my girly area was sore and my neck.  I'd love to spin again but it wasn't good for my neck and shoulders.

  • I took a spinning class and it was so much fun. Your butt will hurt and you'll be sore for a few days, but after a while you won't hurt anymore. Kudos to you for the workout, but don't overdo it. If you can't walk let alone jog, skip tomorow's workout and push it to Sunday.

  • As far as sports bras go, try wearing 2. Sounds silly, but even the best ones left me feeling like the girls were still bouncing a bit much.
