11/11/11 = 5 years. Woah!
Yeah, I sent one to each person I met with at both interviews. And an email to the HR person I did my initial phone screening with (but only cause I didn't know the address).
But, I got the job without them seeing the notes (sent this morning). They didn't even ask for references.
