Do you have any hobbies or activities that you're passionate about?

Re: Hobbies etc
I'm passionate about my animals and my husband. Does that count as a hobby? haha.
I really wish I still had somewhere or some people to play volleyball. I miss being near the beach and playing in the sand. I feel like such a lump now that I'm not in team sports.
I'm definitely passionate about choral music - we both sing in a community choir, and I play piano and he sings for our church choir.
I really like playing volleyball too. We play beach in the summer, and we were playing on the court in the winter. I'm sad because our winter team can't keep up anymore so we won't be playing this season.

I guess my hobbies would be renovating and going to the gym, since, well, that's all I really do after work and on weekends. Oh, and I guess I should add drinking wine in there too.
I'm actually really enjoying doing the renos. It's amazing to me that nothing really seems out of reach. With a bit of time spent researching stuff on the internet and talking with friends, there's not much I wouldn't be willing to tackle.
Also, I can't believe that I'm now the kind of person that hits the gym on the regular. I like that I'm taking health and fitness seriously now. I can't believe I spent so much of my life just spinning my wheels.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
My hobbies are reading, and swimming mostly. I also like walking the local trails in the parks. Lately I've only been reading, and watching interesting things on TV since I've been told when I'm not working that I need to lay down and rest.
I don't have a lot of hobbies, but those I do have I love. I love to read, go for walks and play softball. Reading is so relaxing and lets me get away into a whole other world. Softball is physical and allows me to relieve some tension. Walking is nice because I go at my own pace and it's also a nice tension relief. Obviously, I'm not playing softball anymore.
Initially when I found out I was pregnant, I was walking every day for 20 to 30 minutes, but I've also been told to rest for the remainder of first tri and not do anything physical. I miss softball and not being able to go for walks is kind of the suck.

What kind of book are you writing?

I'm passionate about my running and exercising. Since most family members on my Mom's side never make it past their 50s, I feel I should make the most healthy lifestyle decisions that I can.
I love to read but can never seem to find the time. Between keeping up on pharmacy related news, running and just living my life, reading gets pushed to the back burner. I always make sure to bring a book if I get to go away on vacation.
Don't worry. I forgot that one too!

I write teen fiction type novels. I'm working on my third, which is my best (as far as I'm concerned haha) and the one I plan (hope) to get published.

Ummm..Can I read them? I'm guessing you have them in a file somewhere? I promise, no comments...unless you want them.
I don't have hobbies, I don't think. I'd like to learn how to knit for kicks, and if I had a bigger kitchen I think I'd bake more (and take a pastry class or something). I do enjoy reading and hiking a lot; I don't like to say writing is a hobby only because I'd like to publish something one day, and getting your writing to that point is really hard work, but I really enjoy a good creative writing session.
