1) Fall reminds me of _____ Homecoming in high school. It was the first time that the weather was a little cooler. It also reminds me of Avon's Skin So Soft to repel the mosquitos... so, I guess it was still pretty warm.

1) Fall reminds me of pumpkin pie. Yes, I think with my stomach.
2) For Halloween, I'm dressing up as nothing. Wish I had a few American friends here like I did where we used to live so we could have a Halloween party. But then, we probably wouldn't be up for partying this year anyway lol!

2) For Halloween, I'm dressing up as ____ probably nothing....I'm not going to any parties or anything. But for school, I might dress up as MH (sort of!). Instead of my students calling me "Mrs. K__," I'll wear scrubs and MH's lab coat that says "Dr. K__." I did this last year, and they got a kick out of it!

However, I will say that I'm not a fan of teenagers trick-or-treating, unless they are bringing their little siblings. Especially when they don't dress up, and just expect candy. I always give them some, however, 'cause I don't want my house egged or TPed!

1) Fall reminds me... Christmas is coming too soon and I better start shopping.
2) For Halloween, I'm dressing up a doorbell-answering-candy-giving person. I haven't dressed up in years due to lack of creativity.

I usually decorate the house like crazy and look forward to the kids. Being out of town this year, I won't do any Halloween decorating....but the Fall wreath, welcome mat and decorative pumpkin is already out!

Mainly because our dogs go NUTS everytime someone's at our door which is not exactly fun for us or the little kids they scare with their barking. I also HATE dealing with raucous teens and college kids who think trick or treating is still an activity they are privy too...I saw once you're in Junior High no more...have a party or something and let the littles have fun going door-to-door. So often the big kids are wearing really scary costumes and behaving badly and it makes it's awful for the littles.)

Both B&C (even though i don't live in a van, nor by a river) - ToT hours are during the day around here, so we get a sprinkling of kids at the office, but that's it. Sadness.

It's HUGE for us. Tons of decorating, many parties and lots of opportunities to wear our costumes. THe whole town (800 peeps) has a party with bonfires, pizza, drinking, etc. while the kids go door to door. THis will be Ellie's first year of going with her friends to many of the places by herself. I'll be waiting at the end of the block though!

I went as a blow up doll last year. Got one of those white, one-piece hazmat suits, glued on bottle nipples with a little paint here and there and then glued on some doll hair "down there". Slicked back my hair, did gawdy blue eye shadow, fake lashes, big red mouth and had a surprised look on my face all night! It was a HIT and won 2nd place! Oh, don't forget to pull a "blow up" plug off a beach ball and glue to shoulder and write, "Inflate here". I have pictures but I'll spare you...they aren't pretty!
So funny! You could post the pics "for a limited time only" hahaha... we'll all tune in at the time you tell us... then, you can delete
