Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Awesome customer service

So I rented a dress from that maternity rental store for the wedding last week. They send you a prepaid shipping envelope to send it back, so I did. Well, it was returned to me with postage of 80c due. Fine, no problem, it was only 80 cents, so I stuck two stamps on and sent it back.

I got an e-mail from their customer service, apologizing for me having to add extra postage and thanking me for doing so. They refunded my credit card the 80 cents and gave me a $50 gift card for my kindness!!! That was above and beyond what they needed to do! So, I used it to rent a dress for my shower this weekend and if it doesn't fit or look good, I'm not out any money!!
