GIRL!!!
We had the ultrasound this morning and we're so excited. We both thought it was a boy but we were wrong. I had the nursery all planned in my head for a boy but I'm starting from scratch now. All I know is I'm not doing the whole cotton candy pink thing.
We stopped at Babies R' Us after the appointment and got a couple adorable outfits since I couldnt resist buying something that wasn't green or yellow. I found a little pink outfit with a cupcake - how perfect is that? I had to buy it.
DH says - "what do I do with a girl? at least I'm a guy so I know what boys like. will she like football?" Haha... he's so overwhelmed now. By the time we got done at BRU though he goes "There are so many boys - I'm going to have to buy a gun" - she's going to have him wrapped around her finger in minutes.

My 101
Congrats! This was my H exactly. She wears him like a ring.
Oh my gosh!! YAY! Congratulations! SO excited for you!! Baby girls are little angels from Heaven! (I guess boys are too though
1) Girl's clothes are so much more fun to buy (imo)
2) My daughter is my H's little buddy. Does everything with him, they are best buds. And yes she can like football and cars and fishing and "guy stuff" too. My dad did all that stuff with me when I was little. Ditto Lucky, there is nothing like seeing your H with his little girl!
3) My daughter is my BFF and I love her madly.
4) Congrats again!!
Congratulations!!!
Now we can help you with names
CONGRATULATIONS!
That's so wonderful! (I mean, either would've been wonderful, but it's still exciting to know, you know?)
Personally, for a boy or a girl, I am OBSESSED with classic Winnie the Pooh for a nursey (of course, when I have kids...eventually...I probably will hate it).
I also love this for a little girl: http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4349268
Congratulations!!!
I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.
One&Only Palmilla - Los Cabos, Mexico
This is what Amelia's room is decorated in. Once she outgrows her crib we will probably change it but I absolutely love it. We got our set at Target although I am not sure if it is still available.
Yay for little girls!! And your H is so cute about "there are so many boys" comment.

Oooh fun.
I like these three:

The last one is pink, but I have a thing for ladybugs.
PS - I've noticed that BabySuperMall has the same bedding as other places like Target, but it's often cheaper. Not that I regularly check that sort of thing....

More $$$ but I love the colors and patterns.
Here's what I did for my daughter, I used Pottery Barn Kids Bermuda collection mix and match... (pillow is Z Gallerie)

I remember seeing that house in Domino--It's gorgeous.
Congratulations! Did you get a lot of pictures? Did they show you the 3d/4d image of her face? Our stubborn kid kept moving her hand to cover her face no matter which angle they tried. My friends got really awesome pictures of the baby's face though.
KB - Thanks for sharing that website!

Just got time to log back in here -- so many cute ideas ladies - love them!
KB - I've never heard of that site - I'm going to be spending some time there today.
Mamie - I just bookmarked that site - gorgeous room. I love the yellow.
SBS - that Target set is so cute - I love polka dots - I have to work on DH though, he thinks they look circus-like.
Angel - I love the PB bermuda stuff - its so beachy and fun.
Zee - we didnt get the 3D u/s yesterday just a regular one but we did get about 15 pictures, a couple decent profile shots and a really adorable little footprint. She wouldn't sit still the entire time so a couple of times it was hard to get the pictures as she was flipping and kicking and such. DH wants to get the elective 3D u/s around 30 weeks (otherwise assuming there are no issues, we wont have any more).
