If you have a house built in the last 5 years.....
And if your house is around or under 1500 sq feet....
Approximatley how much are your utilities every month?
Re: If you have a house built in the last 5 years.....
Mine is over 1500 sq ft (by about 25%), but ONG and OGE usually add up to about $250/mo.
Obviously electric is higher in the summer and gas is higher in the winter, but the majority of the year, you can count on them adding up to about that total. It's a little less in the months you don't end up running either AC or heater, which obviously isn't many months in OK.
Our house is a little over 1400 SF. My last ONG bill was around $20. Last OG&E was around $80. OKC utililities have been around $50 or so.
