Longest 2 days ever
I am so glad that all this is somehwat behind me now.
I had a major meltdown last night at the funeral home. Brendan was so cute cute though, he came running over to me screaming "mommy, mommy". I picked him up and he hugged me and rubbed my face and said "my baby". That little man just melts my heart. My mom finally lost it today. I feel so bad for her. She told me she lost her bestfriend and was just uncontrablly sobbing.
I said it was somewhat behind me b/c my gma wanted to be cremated, so once that is done and the families schedule permit we are actually buring her at the cemetary.
Again, thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. My mom and have decided that next year we are walking in the Think Teal walk in honor of my grandma.

And was it Ovarian Cancer that your grandmother had??
The Dr.s' were about 90% sure that is where it all started. My mom told them at the stage it was, there was really no point to take the time to pinpoint it with a 90%.
Gotcha. I volunteer with the local chapter of the NOCC and this year's walk was just on Saturday - it's a really wonderful event. I would be glad to give you information on next year's walk as soon as it's available. I can also make sure that your grandma's name is on the list to be read during the opening ceremonies.
