How I Met Your Mother is one of my favorite shows as well!
I've already been watching America's Next Top Model, can't wait for Amazing Race, and I love Big Bang Theory but I'm worried that one is going to fizzle out.
We DVR a TON of stuff but most of it is for DH.
I haven't even paid attention to what new shows are coming out.

oh how I love fall tv!
Definitely looking forward to Grey's and Private Practice and Desperate.
And I can't wait for HIMYM, Big Bang, and Modern Family. I love those 1/2 hour comedies.
We're giving some of the new shows a shot, but who knows if we'll actually love any of those.
Our DVRs have no idea what they're in for hahaha
i'm right there with you....we have 2 Steve made us have a "DVRprep" night where we (he) went through the week and made sure there weren't any conflicts between our (his) shows. He kills me cause he just has to DVR all these shows but then never ever makes time to watch them so he just eventually deletes them....but doesn't delete the series so they keep recording. It's a never ending DVR battle with him haha
for me.... survivor and 90210 started last week. I've never been a DWTS girl but I want to see the situation haha. So i'll put that on here and there i guess. Can't forget Bad girls club. Such a train wreck. Also jerseylicious and the kardashians. Then the new rw/rr challenge will be starting soon. Oh and I sat that the new vh1's I love money started last week. And I've gotten alittle crazy and checked out a new show. Nikita? I'm watching that till i lose interest haha. Cause as u can see, besides 90210, i'm allllll about trashy reality tv.

I'm looking forward to Dexter, Modern Family, and Sons of Anarchy. I think I'm also going to start watching Detroit 187. It has Michael Imperioli in it and I LOOOVE him from the Sopranos.
I've heard Modern family is good- ordered it on Netflix to start from the beginning and see if we like it.
And, haha, we have DVR problems too! I'm a little nervous that we're going to run out of room this year.
The only new one I've really heard about is The Event and I don't know much about it, just that you might like it if you liked Lost? But we already record too much on Mondays so I'm trying to decide if I should set it to record that when I get home.

LOL @ DVRprep!!! We have 2 DVRs too! I am the one that never has time to watch them all
We just started watching Modern Family and we LOVE it! We may buy the first season on DVR to catch up. I'm looking forward to seeing Vanessa Williams on Desperate Housewives and watching Empire Boardwalk on HBO. The first episode was so good! I'm also still watching 90210, The Office, Parks & Rec and Greys Anatomy. I am trying to limit the number of shows I watch so I can focus on school more but a girl has to have some down time....

I typically DVR and then catch up on the weekends. My viewing schedule includes:
Chuck, House, NCIS, Parenthood, ANTM, Law & Order SVU, CSI NY, Bones, Grey's, Private Practice, CSI. I think that's everything. lol I'm also going to record the new show on ABC called My Generation. We'll see how it goes.
Community, 30 Rock, The Office and Glee.
I might check out Running Wilde because i like Will Arnett (Arrested Development).
I forgot about Parenthood and My Generation. I watched the Parenthood season premiere this week and it was good! I really wanted to watch My Generation because I graduated from college in 2000 so the cast is supposed to be playing my age. I would love to compare me and my friends' experiences to theirs. I will have to think about adding that to my lineup....
