Stocking question
I know this is a tad early, but I have seen Christmas decorations in stores lately and it got me thinking...we are going to have a new little one this Christmas. Which means we will have an extra stocking to hang up this year. So my questions is...those of you who hang them up, do you have matching ones for you and your H and your family or do you just have random ones that you hang up?

Ours are fit to personality at our house. At my parents' house, we've all got matching ones. At my grandparents' house, we've all got one that we got for our very first Christmas that's got our name on it - but it's just the plain, red stocking.
We don't do stockings at H's family things.
We don't have matching stockings per say but the stockings for DH and I kind of go with the theme I have for my decorations. Last year I didn't really want to get M a baby's first Christmas stocking since we wouldn't use it the year following so I got her a pretty girly stocking she could use for years to come.

JJ didn't have a stocking his first year because he was three weeks old and just got wrapped presents. I mean, we put up a little baby stocking for him or whatever, but it wasn't that big of a deal for us because he was so small.
The family stockings match - we have four [me, mom, dad, sis] and one that our two dogs share. JJ gets his own special stocking that my mom found [elmo]. H doesn't have a stocking yet, but since he probably won't be here for Christmas this year anyway, not a big deal. We'll find matching stockings for me, him and JJ during the after Christmas sales.

Ours are both gold and match my tree skirt, our stocking hangers are more our peronality though mine is a fleur de lis and H's is a a big metal with a cowboy and boots on it. I am sure it will all change when we have a baby though.
