As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Chefs and Cooker Types
I found a fantabulous recipe for Pumpkin Banana Mousse Tart, but it calls for a package of gelatin. Is there a substitute for gelatin thats vegetarian friendly?

I might possibly regret this later once I know the answer....but why is gelatin not vegetarian friendly?
and also, that tart sounds awesome just by the name....recipe?
Gelatin is made form bone marrow. Lots of things are made with it...marshmallows, jell-o, gummie bears, starburst.
