As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Did McCain accuse Obama of not voting for Breyer? Am I really confused or was Obama still in law school then?

Clinton appointed Breyer. I think McCain mispoke and meant Alito. Obama didn't vote for Alito or Roberts.
