Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Albany Girls: anyone want to spilt a share of beef?
A girl I go to yoga with got a cow from a local farm- no hormones or antibiotics- I signed up for 1/8 which is about 75lbs...since this is my first time doing this I'm not sure how much I need- I would rather have not enough than too much...anyone interested in splitting it with me?
Its all cut and packaged and I would bring it to your house...I think the cost is around 8-9/ per lb but I have to double check...
