Health & Fitness Wednesday
well...tried to be good. but gained ANOTHER 2 lbs this week. im a loser. so now im tracking all of my WW points PERFECTLY and im going to start weighing my food again. i think i just keep overestimating my portion sizes and therefore eating more pts than im supposed to. AND i really need to exercise. thinking about starting p90x....ive had the DVDs from a friend for like 6 months but havent touched them LOL.

Lost a pound this week! I was completely shocked by this considering this past weekend was basically a full on eat-fest. I'm trying to get back into doing 30DS a couple times a week along with my C25K runs though I've started just repeating weeks 7 and 8.
Kim, Don't spend money on P90X yet. Try out the 30-day Shred by Jillian Michaels. You can get it for free on Comcast and also on FiOS onDemand
H actually burned it off the internet for me before we knew it was onDemand, but I did it leading up to the wedding on the days that I had to work and couldn't go to our gym. It's great- 20 minute killer workouts, there's 3 levels. I'm pretty avid at exercising and lifting, and I think they are excellent workouts (as does my trainer). P90X is expensive, and the equipment is also expensive. The nice thing about Jillian is all you need is 3 -5 lb hand weights, and possibly some resistance bands.
Speaking of Jillian, I need to get to bed soon (just got home from work) so I can wake up in time to do a Jillian workout.

I've sucked ever since I got back from the honeymoon. So much going on with my son getting home and being back at school myself, I just haven't had the time to exercise...and I've enjoyed a few too many tasty beverages and port wine.
Still at normal BMI and within my normal weight range...just at the higher end of the range instead of the lower.
So now I'm at 140.0...looking to get back to 134.0. (But I'd be happy with 136)
