Um, Wednesday, right? That conference thing on Monday really threw my week off.
Nothing much on the go today. I'm making the pork lettuce wraps again for dinner tonight and I'm really excited about that!

DH has a work dinner tonight, so I'm on my own for food - raynes, can you just send some lettuce wraps my way, they sound so yummy!
I just got back from a lunchtime recital by a fantastic quartet. One of our lawyers sponsors them every few months, and they are such a nice break in the day.

I can't wait for this week to be over, and maybe next week, too. Can we just zoom through a few weeks until I can get to holiday vacation time?

I'm glad this week is almost over. It's been really hectic for me at work. I finally got my act together with the august cooks blog and made a version of the pita burgers for dinner last night. Yum. Hopefully I'll get a chance to write about it later, even though it was a few posts ago.
I'm home with a migraine that has left me almost blind in one eye. So I'm at home trying not to die.
PS: Sean is the best husband ever, he bought me a Kindle!

I'm ready for this week to be over. Work sucks. I'm a glorified receptionist that management wants to micromanage. Not exactly what I signed on for. I think I need the weekend to regroup.
DH's co-workers wanted to bar hop our neighborhood this weekend. It's now down two us and 2 of his obnoxious female co-workers. I admit, I'm already starting the excuse train.

Morning! Our receptionist at work called in sick today so I'm filling in at the front desk for a while. I don't have much going on today. Tonight is my younger daughter's open house at her new school so I get to meet all her teachers. It's her first year of middle school

Not much going on, just jumping right into work today. There was a crazy amount of traffic this morning and I had to go to the post office before work so I was a little late. Thankfully my boss is still out of the office today.
