I have been checking my baby registry online every couple of days. At first, I was making up excuses like needing to add this or delete that... But now I just look. I'm shameless! I have no self control!
I don't remember doing this with my wedding registry, though!
Did you ladies check your wedding or baby registries?
Re: Am I bad?
So naughty, Andrea.
JK!
I totally looked at my wedding registry...a lot.
The funny part was that we "decided" (with my schedule) that my shower would be in July. My BP and family decided to surprise me and hold the shower at the end of May. Even though I noticed this being purchased in May I still didn't put two and two together, lol.
Oh good, I'm glad I'm not the only one!
Plus we're registered at Target (a few friends with babies said from experience that you're much more likely to get registry items from Target than Babys R Us), so when I log on it tells me things like "43 out of 80 items purchased." The temptation is TOO much!
Now things are being bought every day, so I think I should just set Target as my homepage for the next few days!
I used to check our wedding registry at least twice a day.
We were anxious to see if our cooking set was going to be purchased! haha
I absolutely looked at mine but tried to stop myself in the week or 2 before a shower so I could be more surprised.
I did it more so with the baby registery than the wedding one because we would get random gifts of blankets and things so I would take things off the registry so we didn't end up with like 40 recieving blankets (I think we got close to that anyway ... people really love their baby blankets!)
