As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

NWR - I am going through planning withdrawal Halloween Poll :)
We have 5 weeks until Halloween, but I am already thinking Halloween and costumes ( ordering can take up several sometimes so I want to get on the ball).. so here is a poll:

1) Are you dressing up? Have a costume idea yet? We were, except I've entered a road race that weekend. We might go out to a party in DC the night before tho.

If we dress up, we're going as Nerd Herders (if you watch Chuck you know what I'm talking about!)

Seen: Pacman and the ghosts. Wore: I was a rock band character a few years ago.

Seen: my lab mate and her husband were a penis and vagina one year. The next year, they put on blazers over their costumes and went as "President Bush and VP ***".

I'm going to go out and run a 10k. Take THAT, trick-or-treaters!

3) What's the most creative costume you have seen and/or wore? Hands down, it would be my old neighbor who came dress at the Burger King guy. It was creepy and cool at the same time.
4) What's the most creative couple's costume you seen and/or wore? Hmmm... I'm really not sure. Couple's costumes are tough, IMO.
5) Are you going to go out and part or stay home and give out candy? We'll go to a friend's annual party Saturday night, then I'll be dressed up again Sunday to hand out candy to the kiddies.

I liked an interracial couple that was dressed up as Obama and Sara Palin.

Geisha. I owned each part of my costume, and just wore them different than I ever did before. It was great!

Two years ago my colleagu and his wife were Popeye and Olive Oyl. They looked super cute.

Stay and give out candy till about 8pm, and then go out to friends' house
