Apartment Help
Hi Ladies,
I have a good friend who is trying to find an apartment complex somewhere near the Kenwood area. H and I just moved to Cincinnati last year so we're not too familiar with apartment complexes in the area. Can anyone recommend an apartment complex with the following:
-2 bed/1 bath - $ 725/mo rent
-washer/dryer hookup (doesn't need to come with a washer/dryer, just needs the hookup)
They are just open to different areas, so if anyone has any suggestions (even if it is outside of the Kenwood area), that would be great.

We live at Ivy Hills Place in Newtown. H works in Kenwood, it's about 15-20 minutes away. I think they might be a little pricier than that for a 2 bed/1 bath, though. However, it's a really nice, safe place to live and we've had no problems in the two years we've been here. Also, there's a 5% rent discount for people who work in the health care field.
