I haven't been to the fair, but that's about what my sister's eaten.
If it makes you feel any better, she's been to the state fair almost every day since it opened. And has eaten a ton. :P

DH and I split an Indian Taco and a cinnamon roll. He got cheese on a stick, turkey leg, jug of rootbeer, and lemonade. I have bites/drinks of his stuff.
Did anyone try the deep fried coke? I saw a variety of fried sodas and was very curious what those are like.
I ate:
Roast beef sundae
Chocolate covered bacon
Deep fried mac n cheese
Fried oreos
Ice cream sundae

Saltwater taffy
Deep-fried pickle spears
A huge bag of cotton candy
and a couple of beers. Yum!
