Is Bare Minerals the stuff that is a powder foundation?  Does it work?

    Yes that is the stuff. I've tried it and it did work... but I felt like it actually worked too well. I didn't like how it made my face kind of look like it was wearing an airbrushed mask. Tongue Tied I personally just found it to be a little easy to use too much. I don't know, maybe I wasn't using it right... that's just how I felt about it.

    I LOOOVE it.  I use it every day and will never go back.  I do not use any liquid, just the powders.  It is light and never feels like i am wearing makeup. I typically never wore foundation or anything because I always felt too "made up" but now I don't..Can you get the trial package and see how it feels for you? I got mine for free somehow and then was hooked.

    If you are looking for a new make-up alternative check out Orglamix.  I just got some foundation powder, bronzer, blush, and eye shadow from them and I'm very impressed.  Especially for what the prices are, they're about half the price of Bare Minerals!

    I use it but no it doesn't cover like they say it does.  I still like it better than liquid or pressed powder.  Actually, I tried Avon's version and liked it much better than bare minerals.  I think it covers more and has more shade options.

    I use Bare Minerals and I love it! I was another one who hated the feel of makeup before this stuff. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing makeup at all though.

    I don't use it, but my sister who has bad acne does and she loves it. So I would imagine it has pretty good coverage if it's good enough for her!

    I've been curious about it too, I don't wear make up because I hate the feeling of it, and it makes my face itch.  Is bare minerals hypo allergenic?
