romantic date night
Hubby and I have been married for 2 months now and each week we have a date night. This past Friday night was our date night this week and it was so romantic. We had a really nice dinner that he grilled out at home. Then we took our fire pit out to the middle of our yard (we live in the country) laid on a blanket and had champagne and made smores over the fire. It was so romantic. We played 20 questions....and watched the stars. And made love right there under the stars.

Wow! That sounds amazing! My H and I have Friday night date nights too. It's so important even when you don't have kids because you still get caught up in all the stress from the week and it's so nice to have a night where the two of you just get out and relax!
P.S. I think I might try making love under the stars. Our yard is not accessible to neighboring eyes!

Jealousy is what I'm feeling! haha We don't have a date night set but I do think it's important and should probably get on that ASAP! We've been so caught up in trying to settle in our new place that we haven't really had a complete night of romance and relaxation (there's always something to do in between)
Great idea too! It's a little cold here to do that now, but it's definitely going on a to do list for next summer!
