More Work DRAMAZZZZ!
One of the team leads here hates it so much, she's taking another job that's a downgrade just to get out of the environment!
So she went from being a supervisor to being the same grade as me!
This means we'll be down 2 team leads, from 4 we're supposed to have!

ugh! Is there any possibility that you'd be considered for a promotion into a team lead position?
I just found out there's going to be a reorg in the group I support and the lead person I support is going to be moved out and I'm kinda heartbroken. I love working with him and that was sort of the last thing keeping me from looking for somewhere closer to home. Guess I'll dust off the resume.
I hope not! I've only been a senior specialist since July and here for 3.5 years. I'm definitely not ready to be a team lead nor do I want to deal with everything they have to deal with.
We're also reorganizing, again, of course because someone else is in charge. I'm wondering how that will go down.
Once the fiscal year is over I'm going to work on my Project Management certifications and hopefully look for something in that field in the spring.
