I puffy heart Chase bank!
So...I miscalculated a charge on one of my checking accounts earlier this week and between grabbing a quick bite to eat and getting a $1 movie at Block Buster Express...I went over (kicking myself here...I haven't had this happen in YEARS!)...I also got 2 insufficient fees and at $34 each- it made for a pretty crummy day on Tuesday.
I finally convinced myself to call and the worst they could do was just tell me they weren't going to do anything about the fees. I called just now and completely admitted my mistake and was nice about it all...they have a policy where they will refund such fees once a year per account.
So yay for NSF fees being taken away.
Today is looking good...
