DH and I lined up a baby sitter for tomorrow night so we could go out to dinner to celebrate my birthday but we can't decide where to go. I am trying to avoid chains since having the calorie count on the menu ruins my appetite. I don't want to go out for my birthday dinner and feel guilty ordering what I really want or ordering something I don't want just because it is healthier. I can make healthy food at home for a lot less!
Any recommendations?
Re: ALB Dinner Recs?
I love 677 Prime. www.677prime.com
My second love in Albany is Cafe Madison and the food is divine!

I decided that since it is my birthday and I can't decide that DH had to decide for me. He picked Grappa '72 on Central Ave. I'll let you know how it is!
For anyone who is interested - Grappa '72 was great! The food was yummy, the service was good and they have an excellent pastry chef.
