I find it funny how nobody seemed to be put off by the fact that her husband's buddy called her a (what I assume to be) b*tch, and her H then told her to be nice...nope. It's more concerning that the house was filled with $hit. Home buyers have blinders on.
Speaking of which, our condo is under contract - inspection was done yesterday. As for a new house, we are just waiting until tonight for my husband to sign the counter to our counter (negotiations were super easy, and we ended right where we wanted to be).
All could fall to $hit at any moment, but as of right this second, we will have a new home at the end of October. YIPEEEEEEEE!!!!
I have to go vomit now.

I agree, 90% of posters on BAH are nutty. That post was ridiculous.
We are going with a house that we have been stalking on-line since we first listed ours. It is a ranch with a walkout basement. It just looks and feels like our home.
We only looked at 8 places on Sunday. Walking in, we knew right away we were done.
The pictures aren't awesome, but:
Basement bar (this may or may not be one of the key selling points - we likey the booze)
Backyard (with multi-level deck)
Family room looking into the kitchen (ignore the missing light bulbs)
