how would you spend it? Especially considering the blustery nature of the weather...
For kicks, pretend your 21-year-old sister is also visiting you (currently napping, what a life) 
and has already been downtown for ArtPrize, browsed Barnes & Noble, gone out for coffee, hit up the Wealthy Street Bakery for a cinnamon roll, has a limited budget (as do you), and needs to leave by 2pm.
I thought about Fulton St. Market, but I don't really NEED anything and it's a kinda yucky day to just browse.

If it was me and my 21 year old sister, we would probably close all of the blinds, blast our favorite music, dance and get drunk on wine. We are so mature.
Since she has to leave by 2, maybe go out for a nice, semi long lunch?
