Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

travels with the ILs
I'm currently hiding in a corner of the Museum of Nature in Ottawa (technically, we're in Quebec) because my FIL keeps stopping every French speaker he can to inform them he can speak French. We're in the capital of Canada... Most of us are bilingual here. People are smiling and nodding and I'm just trying to pretend I'm not associated with the whole thing. Save me!

We'll at least when you travel your not mixed in with the obnoxiously loud American... I hate when I travel abroad and hear some American talking really loud thinking that that will make whoever understand English. I try to be as unobtrusive as possible.
