For the nestie vibes. I got the other job on the spot, and they were even willing to work with my "no weekends" hours which is almost unheard of in the restaurant business. It looks like all your vibes definitely helped. Now it's just time to quit the other job. I told the restaurant I couldn't start until Wednesday so I'm thinking I'll offer to watch the kid Mon & Tues (at my house) if she needs. I kind of have the feeling that she'll turn me down though.
What a nasty, stupid situation. Thanks for all the help though guys. It looks like I'm almost through it.
