For those pregnant or with LO's
How far along were you when you started working on your nursery?
Re: For those pregnant or with LO's
I think we ordered furniture around 20 weeks.
I got the bedding on clearance at PBK early- I think around 11w. I wanted to be sure I scooped it up before it sold out.
Ummmm...30w today and still putting it together. The furniture is up, but I need to hang curtains and get stuff off of my registry to fill the nursery with and what I don't get at my shower, I will buy and wrap the nursery up the 1st week of November.
My DH actually just finished construction on the nursery last night! He put in new baseboard, crown molding, a new light in the closet, installed ceiling fan, new paint on the walls and ceiling, and replaced all of the outlets with the child-proof kind. So, he's been doing projects every weekend for a couple of months.
The moral of the story is, I'm 32 weeks and now have an empty room. We bought his furniture set probably around 15 weeks, and it's sitting in the basement. We bought his mattress 2 weeks ago when Target had it's annual baby sale. But I have no curtains or decorations or anything of the sort, so I guess I'll have to figure it out in the next 8 weeks!
ooh which bedding did you get? I have my eye on the lambie bedding, but it is so pricey.
Love it!
